5 Simple Ways To Start The Spiritual Process.

Though the spiritual process has already been started a long time ago, and there is no way that you can start it right now. But what you can do is increase the pace of your spiritual process by consciously becoming in-charge of it.

A spiritual process in simple terms is evolutionary process of us. We are a part of ever growing and expanding universe. Every life form is already on a spiritual process. It already took millions of year to reach here. We have been pushed by nature to evolve from a fish to human for which we should be grateful to mother nature.

Now as we became human, we have been blessed by intelligence. She entrusted us with it so that we can grow faster and become free of all the suffering and misery. But we have been wasting our intelligence and time on meaningless things since we grew up.

Its time we become in-charge of our own life, give it a proper direction and fasten the spiritual process to rise towards our godhood.

1. Hearing The Sound Of The Universe.

I call it the boom way to kick start, this is really easy and works 100 percent. What you have to do is just find a silent room or a place.

Stop everything and relax, now focus on your ears. You will start hearing a ringing or buzzing sound which is like a radio signal. Focus on the sound, You might start hearing it in one of your ear. Now focus more and try to balance the ringing, so that you start hearing it through your other ear too. Do this exercise for 5 to 10 mins, 2 to 3 times a day till next 7-10 days. You will have a wonderful experience. The ringing is always there 24 hours and 7 days of a week. It might feel like you can get lost in that sound.

P.S- If this is your first time hearing it you might become uncomfortable with the ringing for some days as it takes time for your body to adjust to this but its worth it.

2. Do Nothing.

Really doing nothing is a wonderful thing, But it might be hard for some people to do nothing as your mind might be filled with million of things.

Just sit in a silent place, Keep your phone and other electronics away so that you do not get disturbed by it. Don’t start sleeping there, be awake be empty. You don’t have to close your eyes and meditate there. Just be there with a empty mind, observing what happens within you. If you want to build a house, you need a empty space. Just like that, If you want to experience something new, You must clean your nonsense first so that life enters within you in a totally different way.

3. Expand Your Boundaries.

Start reading more about spirituality. Travel to new places and learn about different traditions and their practices. Discuss and have conversation with other peoples who are already aware about the spiritual process. Exploring new things and expanding your boundaries opens up a new gate of possibilities. You get aware that there are other things that you might have thought never existed.

4. Connect With Nature.

Do not waste your time sitting behind computer screens all day. Go out in nature, breathe the fresh air, Take your time and re-energize. Nature has the magic you will find nowhere else. The air is so magically charged in nature that its almost intoxicating. Just being in nature makes you more alive.

5. Meditate.

Miracles of meditation is not new, It has been making a transformation in people’s lives since thousands of year ago. Daily meditation of 30 mins realigns your energies with the universe so that you might have a better chance of blooming. Stabilize your energies and enjoy the other benefits it brings. Become more peaceful and loving by your very own nature.

Keep in mind that you must allow new experience to happen. Don’t force it to happen. By forcing it or imagining how it will happen, you start limiting your nature. You can only experience the boundless if you let go of all your boundaries.
